As of now, there is not a specific version of MicroCapture Pro that is designed specifically for Windows 11. You may try installing the current version on Windows 11 and see if it works, or reach out to the software developer for any updates on compatibility with Windows 11.

I've searched the web to find this, but couldn't get anywhere primarily because this is a localized error or the device you have is faulty. A microscope should operate from a considerable distance. I recommend you download the user guide to see exactly how the software and the microscope can be configured.

How do I set Kaspersky AV so I can use the camera?

A
Answer by Akash Shah

To set Kaspersky AV so you can use the camera, you will need to access the settings of Kaspersky Anti-Virus and modify the permissions or exclusions for the MicroCapture Pro program. Specifically, look for camera-related settings or exceptions and add MicroCapture Pro to the allowed list. This should enable the program's access to the camera.
